John Scott: All Star All Star

The past weekend in Nashville was a weekend to remember for the aging John Scott. He was very energetic and scored 2 goals in the 3-on-3 challenge and won the $1 million dollars. He also won All-Star MVP. The Nashville fans were chanting: "MVP MVP MVP MVP!" as it was happening. Personally, I was happy to see John Scott get the MVP and I was proud, even though I don't know the guy. I was also proud of the Nashville fanbase for making it a weekend to remember. I'd say that was a more fun All-Star weekend to watch since, well, ever! I've never been so intrigued by the All-Star game like I have here. Now obviously John Scott isn't the first unusual player to reach the All Star Game. Bob Probert (Detroit Red Wings) made it into the All-Star Game in the 1987-88 season. He ended the year with 62 points and 398 penalty minutes (PIM). He died though on July 5, 2010.
Scott scored 2 goals during the 3-on-3 games and 2 against the Central Division. After the game, he was approached by several endorsement deals and a film director to make a movie about Scott's career in the NHL, event though, throughout his entire career, he's massed 5 goals 6 assists and 11 points in about 300+ games. I was shocked and disappointed by the Arizona Coyotes for trading Scott, so much so, that I ended my Be a GM mode with them and replaced it with Detroit. Some things are too good to hold on to I guess. I might as well play for Nashville, I love their fans...
