I'm Legitimately Terrified Right Now

Throughout the years of the Steve Yzerman and Gordie Howe era, one thing has been certain: Detroit will make the playoffs. But as of recently, Detroit at faltered at the worst time. And I thought Donald Trump being president was awful. If I have to witness the end to the quarter-long playoff streak because of piece of crap team play like in Tampa last night, I don't know what I'll do. But if we're out of it, go for Auston Matthews, that way we can make a 50 year long streak after that. The team is 36-26-11 for 83 points with 9 games remaining. Omg I am so scared. The reason is Philadelphia. We're tied with them but they have an extra game in hand. Only if Boston would keep losing to let us catch up. A 6-2 rout in Tampa is unacceptable. I know, I know "You gotta believe..." But this is the NHL, anything could happen. Ottawa could pull something like last year and beat us. No Buffalo won't so that's good. I'm nervous man. Luckily the game is on TV tonight. Hopefully Mrazek gets the start. Hopefully Nyquist pulls his inconsistency out of his rear and scores a freakin goal. I'm sick an tired of the inconsistency these past 3 years. We're so good in the regular season, falter at the end and lose first round to Arizona, Boston, or Tampa. Granted Boston was a presidents trophy winner that year, and Tampa wen to the Stanley Cup. Ever since the Chicago comeback in 2011, we've been a first round eliminate. That Kronwall suspension was retarded. Kucherov was fine. The Lightning won because of the stupid suspension given by the Maple Leafs piece of crap GM Brendan Shanahan. Now I know what you're saying, "But Shanahan played for Detroit." A player and a GM are two totally different types of people. Especially if that GM is the head of the Department of Player Safety, which is so flaud of a system since concentration camps. Dennis Wideman should've been let go, Kronwall too, and Raffi Torres shouldn't have had a 41 game suspension. More like a 5-10 game. 41 is way to extreme. But this generation is all about safety, and protectiveness and rights, while hockey is a brutal, high impact sport with fights, line brawls, unlike any other sport known to man. Boston Bruin in 1970's jumped into the stands and beat up a few fans after a game. That's hockey. Not this protective BS.

You can tell I'm angry I know that. Teams like Detroit and Toronto, and Buffalo last year were BS'd out of good things over the years. Buffalo should've got Connor Mcdavid, and Edmonton gets Eichel. Toronto just sucks and never has anything going from them. Detroit loses Kronwall because of rival gm Shanahan, who played for Detroit, screwed us out of Round 2, and possibly a Stanley Cup. I'll stop there, save some anger for other things like a Bernie Sanders rally to make fun of the voters. Socialism never works. Any way, hopefully tonights game turns out better than the previous 73.
